Afri-Can Alliance International is a not-for profit founded in 2020, to help Black communities raise the bar of excellence and create opportunities in employment, business, education and socio-economic development through programs that promotes equity and cross-cultural understanding. Our leadership positions and governance structure are 100% Black-led, particularly from the African descent.

MISSION

We are a growing, resource-based organization that is poised to strengthen the Black community capacity by promoting social equity and harmony while priding on our cultural identity via history, technology, entrepreneurship, social innovation, fashion, culinary, visual, and performing arts.

MANDATE

To provide innovative training or support services to Black individuals and families on their basic human rights and limits as citizens, while we prepare them for an evolving job market and encourage the application of contemporary skills to solve the complexity of social, political, technological, and economic issues of our time.

BOARD OF DIRECTORS

BOLA BADMUS, JR

PROGRAM DIRECTOR / FOUNDER

Bola Badmus is the Program Director at Afri-Can Alliance International and currently serves as the Managing Partner at BB Atlantic Corporation (a Canadian Logistics & Business Consultancy firm). He is a franchise owner of two Subway Food Restaurants and has about 20 years professional experience in Business development and Supply chain management for clients within the private and public sector.
At Oxlade Construction Limited, Bola Badmus developed and managed the company’s business operations with turnovers in excess of $40 million dollars through strategic partnerships (third-party vendor) with multinationals like Saipem ENI, Total, Lafarge, Procter & Gamble, Diageo, PZ Cussons, Coca-Cola, Nigerian Breweries, etc.

YETUNDE AJAO, MS.

TREASURER / SECRETARY

A finance expert with about 15 years of dynamic experience in auditing, financial control and reporting, financial due diligence, ERP implementation, loan and equity financing, tax planning and compliance. She is responsible for the overall quality and output of each engagement, fully equipped with extensive analysis, reporting, projects and people’s management skills. Her experience spans several industries in two continents, Africa and North America.
